Arc Energy Season 1: put real solar to work on Arc
Season 1 opens on November 1, 2026. New to Arkreen? Your first solar share is free.

Most of what happens on chain is about value moving between wallets. Arkreen starts somewhere else: on rooftops and solar sites, where panels turn sunlight into electricity every day. We measure that output, verify it, and put it on chain, so a kilowatt-hour of clean energy becomes something you can hold, claim and use.
Arc Energy Season 1 brings that to Arc. Enrollment opens on November 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and closes on December 1 at 00:00 UTC. In that window, anyone with an Arc wallet can join, take a share of a real solar site, and earn campaign points from the energy it produces.
A free solar share for new Arc users
The heart of Season 1 is the Lite Miner: a 5W share of a real solar site, running for three months from the moment you activate it. Claiming and activating it costs nothing. It isn't a bitcoin miner and it doesn't need any hardware. Every day, your share of the site produces verified energy records. You can claim that energy as ART, an on-chain record of it, and then use your ART to green. Those two steps are transactions you send on Arc, with a small network fee paid in USDC.
If you're new to Arkreen, you claim a Lite Miner through open access. Once your wallet and X account are ready, it takes a couple of minutes:
- Connect an Arc wallet that holds at least 1 USDC and has sent at least one transaction. The balance is only checked, never charged.
- Reply to any post by @arkreen_network on X and include the short code the app gives you. Say whatever you like.
- Pass a quick human check and answer three short questions about how a Lite Miner works.
Why the reply? Free things attract bots. Your code ties one X account to one wallet, which helps keep automated and duplicate claims out, and nobody else can use your reply. Up to 200 Lite Miners are released through open access each day (UTC), while this batch lasts, and it's one per person.
Three ways into the season
The campaign app recognizes you from your wallet and shows the path that fits.
- New to Arkreen. Claim a free Lite Miner through open access, then grow from there.
- Polygon protocol users. If you issued ART or used GreenBTC on Polygon before the snapshot, you skip the open access steps and claim a Lite Miner directly.
- Polygon supporters. If you bought Remote Miners on Polygon, Season 1 opens a supporter route into Arc, sized to how many paid miners you bought before the snapshot.
The snapshot was taken at the last Polygon block before October 25, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC.
For our Polygon supporters
You were early, and Season 1 starts with you. Supporters are grouped into four tiers by the paid Remote Miners they bought before the snapshot, expired miners included, counted for the wallet that bought them: B1 (1–4), B2 (5–19), B3 (20–49) and B4 (50 or more). You pick one route for the season:
- Route A: one Remote Miner at half price, 4.95 USDC instead of 9.9 USDC.
- Route B: buy a bundle and get bonus miners by tier: buy 2 get 1 (B1), buy 3 get 2 (B2), buy 5 get 4 (B3), or buy 5 get 5 (B4, up to two bundles).
On route B, bonus miners are reserved the moment you pay. Once your paid miners are live, issue ART from their output and green with your own ART within 30 days, and the bonus miners are delivered. Everything is paid in native USDC on Arc, where gas is paid in USDC too.
From Lite to a full Remote Miner
When your Lite Miner reports its first verified output, you unlock a 2 USDC coupon: your first full 100W Remote Miner for 7.9 USDC instead of 9.9. Your Lite Miner keeps running after you upgrade. Along the way, four starter tasks are worth 350 points: see your first output, try greening once with a credit we sponsor, issue your first ART, and green with ART you generated yourself.
Points from real energy
Campaign points in Season 1 come from verified energy, not from clicks:
- 100 points for every kWh of ART you claim
- 100 points for every kWh you green with your own ART
- Starter tasks, supporter tasks and invites on top
Energy points count from November 1 to December 31, 2026. Task and invite points keep counting until the season ends on March 31, 2027. Your Lite Miner's three months run on their own clock: if you activate late in the window, it keeps producing energy after energy points close. Points settle once a day in UTC: each new day is provisional for 72 hours, then final. The campaign boards rank the season, daily issuance, daily greening and top inviters. Campaign points are separate from platform points and can't be withdrawn or transferred.
Bring your friends
Season 1 rewards the people who bring others in, with no ceiling. A friend counts once they claim a Lite Miner through your link, activate it and use it on two different days:
- +50 points each for your first 10 active friends, +30 each up to 50, then +15 each
- +100 when a friend buys their first Remote Miner
- Your friend gets +50 too
Every three active friends also earn you a bonus Lite Miner, up to two. Running a community? Talk to us about a community code, so your members' invites show under your community's name on the Inviters board.
