$AKRE is the fuel of the Arkreen ecosystem, used for payments across issuance, trading and consumption of tokenized renewable energy. As part of our monthly Token Burn Plan, we continue to steadily reduce the total $AKRE supply.

Part 1: On-Chain ART Issuance Fees
Issuing tokenized Renewable Energy Certificates (ART) carries a service fee of 1 ART = 1,000 $AKRE. This fee keeps tokenization efficient, sustainable and accountable. 80% of the fees are burned and 20% go to the Treasury.
