Our collaborative efforts are significantly driving forward GreenBTC initiatives, enhancing our global impact. 2. Launch of “#Bitcoin ETF Greening Initiative” in Partnership with HashKey Group to Reach Carbon Neutrality for Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF

This quarter, we proudly launched the “#Bitcoin ETF Greening Initiative” in partnership with HashKey Group. This initiative aims to enhance the environmental sustainability of Bitcoin ETFs and achieve carbon neutrality for the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF. Through this program, HashKey Group will purchase Renewable Energy Certificates to offset the carbon emissions from Bitcoin mining’s historical energy consumption. Consequently, shareholders of the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF will become “green” digital asset holders, supporting ESG development and fostering sustainable growth within the Bitcoin ecosystem.

3. Arkreen Achieves 3GWh Milestone in Celo Offset Records and Receives CeloRPGF0 Recognition

Arkreen’s Celo Offset Records have reached a significant milestone, achieving 3GWh. We are honored to be among the top recipients of Celo Public Goods inaugural retroactive public goods (CeloRPGF0), awarded 6032 CELO for our support. This achievement highlights our commitment to carbon offsetting and our ongoing efforts to mitigate the environmental impact of blockchain activities. As we look ahead, Celo and Arkreen are set to reach new heights in offchain and onchain offsetting as we approach Celo’s 5th anniversary next year!

4. Arkreen Hits 100,000 Miners Milestone

On May 21st, we’re thrilled to announce that Arkreen has reached an epic milestone of 100,000 miners within just 12 months since our first miner went live in May 2023. This rapid growth underscores the increasing adoption and success of our mining network. Thank you to our community for being a part of this achievement! 5. Arkreen CSP Program

Launched on April 28th, the Community Solar Program (CSP) records renewable energy generation data from rooftop solar PV systems immutably on the blockchain. At a price of 198U or 20 Remote Miners, the program creates your Plant Miner, which then powers several Remote Miners. Arkreen has successfully launched 40 CSP Plant Miners globally. This initiative supports our “Impact to Earn” mechanism and promotes self-certified on-chain renewable energy certifications (AREC), addressing the needs of the long tail DERs market. 6. GreenBTC Long Term Incentive Program
