It is a community- and developer-oriented SKILL.md that helps Arkreen Remote Miner users quickly build their own Arkreen Green Agent using OpenClaw + AI foundation models. With your strategy as the policy layer, your Agent can automate a full on-chain/off-chain green workflow:

Remote Miner generation data → mint on-chain tokenized green certificates (AREC) → fragment AREC into ART → swap ART into KWH → use KWH on GreenBTC.Club to perform on-chain offsets against Bitcoin’s historical electricity usage.

  • Auto offset policies: periodically or conditionally trigger on-chain offsets on GreenBTC.Club using KWH
  • Risk controls & limits: frequency caps, thresholds, whitelists, and emergency pause conditions for safe automation

Here, “green action” becomes something you can run like software:
