Announcing the Champions of the 1st 2025 Community Solar Program (CSP) Content Competition
We’re excited to announce the top three winners of the *Community Solar Program (CSP) Content Competition*! This initiative has been an incredible success, showcasing the creativity and dedication of climate heroes from around the world. With every new submission, we’re not only harvesting the sun but also harvesting the power of innovation—and yes, *$AKRE*!
Competition Prizes
This competition has a total prize pool of 75,000 $AKRE!
- 1st Place: 30,000 $AKRE + Discord Rank as “Innovator”
- 2nd Place: 15,000 $AKRE + Discord Rank as “Specialist”
- 3rd Place: 6,000 $AKRE + Discord Rank as “Artist”
In addition, all three winners will receive an extra 2,000 $AKRE for each of the three categories (a total of 6,000 $AKRE across all categories).Plus, an additional 2,000 $AKRE for providing content across all three categories.
First Place: Kysander from Ireland

Second Place: Cango from Lithuania
Rewards: 23000 $AKRE + Discord Rank as “Specialist”
Cango took second place with a brilliant video using drones to showcase the installation of our smart meters in outdoor European settings. His footage emphasized the robust features of the meters, particularly their resistance to cold and humidity. Third Place: HaloChicken, USA
Rewards: 14000 $AKRE + Discord Rank as “Artist”
Our third-place winner is HaloChicken, the first CSP plant miner from Illinois, USA, with an impressive 10.6 kW capacity 🌍⚡️. His video followed the guidelines to a tee, using drones to capture rooftop solar panels, the operation interface, and inverter networking. His content serves as a powerful reminder of the bright future that sustainable energy holds. Together, we can support Illinois' Solar for All program through DePIN + ReFi and build a cleaner, greener future. ⚡️
